Great range of gear & good prices. Staff have always been awesome - will leave you alone when you just wanna browse but are happy to help if you need. Can be hit and miss whether or not the person helping you knows everything you need to know, but that's to be expected & more importantly they haven't tried to swindle me into purchases with repulsive sale tactics.Nice big open store, well laid-out & spacious. Plenty of parking just meters from the front door.Have been impressed with everything I've bought from them - definitely recommend a visit

No customer service. Asked when stock arriving for a Yeti drink bottle as shelf was empty. Told, don't know could be tomorrow or day after??There's no, I can hold one for you when they come in" or take my number to call me. No wonder people shop online."

Was sold a reel that wasn’t fit for purpose. I was literally told I didn’t know how to operate a reel correctly by a very arrogant team member. I’ve been fishing longer than he’s been alive, I know how to operate a reel. All I wanted was an exchange/credit to Purchase something a bit better than what was given to me at Father’s Day. Was treated like a criminal and to be honest, I will never return to the Joondalup store. Some advice to the young fella. Never humiliate a grown man in front of his family…

Drove all the way there to fill BBQ gas bottles, got there 20 minutes before closing,they couldn’t cause there were only two people in the store. One of which then left 12 minutes before closing time. 3 of April 23 if anyone is curious…
