BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Rockingham

We came here to buy stuff for our upcoming fishing activities with family. Buy some stuff, they have a lot of good products that you can choose to. From fishing outfit, swimming, kayak, sports outfit and more. Great service as well, we are looking to buy some stuff again.

Today I went into BCF Rockingham to purchase a rod and reel for offshore fishing. I am completely new to offshore fishing and have no experience. From the moment I walked in a was greeted by a lovely lady working at the front counter. I was then given outstanding service from a gentleman named Steve. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know in great detail. Like I said, I have no experience but he even went as far to show me how the rod bends, explain the different numbering in reels, the different grades of reels, and what lines and lures would be best for my trip up to Coral Bay. Really appreciated his service, I honestly felt like he wanted to help me the best he could. I hope he gets the credit he deserves. Thanks Steve!

Very friendly & helpful staff. All staff greeted us with a smile & all very happy to help locate items we were looking for, show us how they worked, allowed us to try the item first to make sure we could operate it.

Gift card expired despite this being illegal under Australian consumer law since 2018. Staff member advised me to return following day during East Coast business hours to reactivate the card. Left work early came into the store where 3 workers spent 20 minutes debating if they had the time to help with the issue or not and after consulting a manger decided they couldn't help despite the directions from staff the day earlier. They literally could have resolved the problem in the time in took to discuss if they had time to help or not. Useless, go elsewhere if you want customer service

Check out internet site and find an item I'm interested in. Check store stock and on numerous occasions it's not in stock at my local Rockingham store. Also on quite a few occasions it's not in stock in any WA store. Check out delivery times and because it's coming from the eastern state's it will take over a week for delivery.
