BCF has great marketing and a mixed reputation. I am glad that I was able to get what I wanted today at a, well, somewhat reasonable price. And it is the pricing that puts a dint in otherwise good customer experiences. Sometimes you don't have a choice about where you shop because you are in Kal, but if you can afford to wait for the postman or that trip you are planning to Perth, then you will be able to shop around for a different value proposition.

Spontaneous stop on way home on Saturday, The person on the floor assisting was very approachable and friendly. Kept the advice simple and honest.I have continuously found the customer service in other retail businesses in KB greatly lacking. So this was a very pleasant shopping experience. Always a good range of camping related products. Filled up a 9kg gas bottle for $24.99 and bought butane and a 1lb propane gas bottle which for some reason has proved difficult to find of late.
