Any BCF store is great. Bought myself a new fishing rod. The guy who assisted me in selecting one was terrific, polite, friendly, and a smile on his face. All the staff are polite, friendly and enthusiastic to help you out. Thanks to the guys and girls at BCFing Fun. Lol

Bought something recently from BCF. It was delivered with some sort of gift card. Looks like a prepaid voucher but it's actually a prompt to get you to buy a gift card for BCF, Rebel Sports, Supercheap Auto or Macpac.What an absolutely predatory way of marketing. Disgusting.

Absolutely love coming to this store! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Each member of the team has an avid interest in at least one of their departments and can use their experience to recommend the best products, and will even tell you what you don't need, or a cheaper substitute. I've come in quite a lot the past few weeks, and the manager has made an effort to learn my name which is a nice touch. I can't wait to go back in tomorrow and get a whole lot of squid jigs! Sorry for the damage, bank account!

Unfortunately no zero stars. On thur 16 April 2023 with our casemate cooker we only recently started to use. The bottom of the unit caught alight along with connection to the gas bottle. We went into Malaga store and straight away was met with a couple of females being told BCF doesnt sell this unit they looked up to find we actually did purchase the unit only to find the argumentive female was the Manager she said it was our fault not caring it could have turned out to very serious she continued argue with us making very difficult for us. I went outside rang Midland store told to go there where she was so sorry for our treatment and offered us a refund or discount in a new unit.
